    Description

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assists with events and promotions from creation to execution.
    • Ensures all property events and promotions are in compliance with gaming regulations.
    • Assists with writing and distributing events and promotions notifications property-wide.
    • Coordinates promotional collateral requests with the creative job process between design team and external departments.
    • Coordinates with outside vendors for entertainment and promotions.
    • Assists with promotional collateral and signage distribution and posting.
    • Represents Red Hawk Resort + Casino at community events (i.e. booth set up and staffing at fairs, festivals and other outside events.)
    • Respond to guest complaints and/or inquiries promptly and courteously in person, by phone and by email.
    • Assists with all on-property groups and events.
    • Meet and greet groups upon arrival and maintain contact during event to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Assist with the set-up of new customer group files.
    • Greets buses using Playersoft, which may include curbside booking in handheld.
    • Assist with coordinating bus arrivals, and ensures a marketing representative or coordinator is available to greet all buses.
    • Assist at gift redemption as needed.
    • Interfaces with all levels of casino employees.
    • Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
    • Explains the benefits of membership in the Rewards club, and assist guests with the membership process.
    • Responds to special requests of guests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner. 
    • Promotes exceptional guest relations, in order to achieve the desired level of guest service and satisfaction.
    • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Conducts tours of property, as needed.
    • Is held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma required.
    • At least one year of high level customer service or sales experience required.
    • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule indicated by business needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.
    • An individual must have the ability to:
    • Effectively perform independently; 
    • Utilize a variety of standard computer systems/office productivity software at an intermediate or advanced level (testing required);
    • Effectively resolve problems, based on common sense use of reasoning ability; 
    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
    • Work in a very fast paced environment.
