Position Overview
A Marketing Proposal Coordinator role supporting business development and brand initiatives within a multidisciplinary design and engineering environment. This position focuses on proposal development, marketing communications, and collaboration with technical teams to create compelling client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs/RFQs and support interview/shortlist presentations
- Conduct research, gather insights from subject matter experts, and develop persuasive written content
- Update project profiles, staff resumes, and proposal materials within internal databases/CRM systems
- Assist in creating award submissions, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
- Support conference coordination, website updates, and social media initiatives
- Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with lead generation efforts
- Provide additional marketing and communications support as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proposal writing and technical writing background
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with proposal/CRM databases is a plus
- Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries is strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
