Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship from day one.

In this role, you will represent national brands at live events, support promotional campaigns, assist with product launches, and help execute interactive marketing activations that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
• Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and deliver key messaging
• Represent client brands with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
• Support event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and breakdown
• Collect customer feedback and assist in campaign performance tracking
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to meet campaign objectives
• Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing brands

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, promotions, brand management, or event marketing
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, and coachable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required (marketing or communications background a plus)
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus but not required
