About the Department
The Marketing, Creative & Digital team works collaboratively with all departments across the organization to support strategy formulation, growth plan execution, and project implementation. The team provides the organization with in-depth analytical support in evaluating existing operations and new business opportunities. Furthermore, they help lead and advise cross-functional project teams in executing action items/special projects that have been designed to help NYRR continue to reach its strategic objectives.

About the Position
The Marketing Project Management Specialist will report to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer and will support the project management across all pillars of the Marketing, Creative, & Digital team, with particular focus on milestone initiatives, key organizational priorities, and new strategic programs. This role will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority marketing initiatives, critical campaigns, and brand efforts.

Partner with the Strategy, Planning & Analytics and Studio teams to strengthen project management best practices across the organization
Support the development of templates, documentation standards and training materials
Build upon and enhance cross-functional collaboration frameworks to improve communication, transparency, and teamwork across the organization
Work with NYRR teams to identify process optimization opportunities and develop actionable recommendations, while supporting organization-wide change management initiatives
Assist in facilitating creative and strategic brainstorming sessions
Support the execution of annual strategy planning sessions and related recaps for marketing-driven initiatives
