Job Description:
The Marketing Product Analyst ensures the vision of the marketing technology business need is achieved. In this role they are accountable for driving requirements, validating and signing off on solutions, and requesting production deployments. They serve as an advocate for the marketing team and ensuring marketing technology products provide a sufficient end user experience.
Provide dedicated support for customer-facing B2B marketing execution, reporting, optimization, and operational continuity across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence. This resource will be responsible for enabling end-to-end campaign delivery, audience segmentation, customer journey execution, lead management, attribution support, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization efforts that improve marketing effectiveness, speed-to-market, and measurable business outcomes across brands.
Position Comments:
The role will support day-to-day campaign operations while helping stabilize and mature the post-migration Salesforce ecosystem through troubleshooting, process improvement, documentation, and scalable workflow enhancements. The resource will also assist in maintaining existing custom solutions and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and cross-functional execution.
