This role is responsible for managing campaigns, prioritizing workstreams, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across credit card and financial services portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Program Execution Support end-to-end execution of portfolio marketing campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives Partner with strategy teams to translate marketing plans into actionable deliverables (targeting, briefing, deployment, QA) Project & Workflow Management Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of marketing requests across multiple initiatives Ensure timelines, dependencies, and quality assurance standards are consistently met Organization & Prioritization Serve as a central coordinator to align stakeholders on priorities and deliverables Balance competing demands while focusing on high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams to support campaign execution Assist in developing marketing collateral, customer communications, and channel plans Portfolio & Channel Support Support ongoing execution across channels (email, statements, digital placements) Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all touchpoints Contribute to enhancements across onboarding, engagement, and reactivation programs Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Support Assist with audits, process improvements, and special projects Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution qualityTop Skills Financial services experience Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 3+ years of relevant experience **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
