Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in for Marketing Operations Specialist at our Springfield Call Center.This positionis responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.
Shift:11:30am-8:00pm

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pays flat hourly rate of $17 per hour
- Check all Marketing Emails
- Check all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
- Email or fax hotels and vendors
- Keep up to date Blackout List
- Check condo availability
- Pull manifests for all arrivals
- All other duties assigned
Requirements
- 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic PC knowledge
- Microsoft Office experience is preferred
- proficient in Microsoft excel is required
- Must enjoy a team environment
