    Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team in our corporate office based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

     

    What is the opportunity?

    Strategic problem solver who proactively identifies, develops, and implements ways to improve key marketing operations, processes, workflows, and systems to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness, as well as improve the customer experience and accelerate our business

     

    What are the primary responsibilities?

    • Manages and provides training and support for our Project and Resource Management tool, Workfront
    • Responsible for proactively reviewing and mapping existing marketing processes and iterating changes to test and improve processes
    • Collaborate with our teams to implement improvement action plans when necessary
    • Analyzes and presents information to generate insights that assist in the achievement of marketing goals
    • Ensure marketing best practices and processes are fully aligned, and that systems integrate andsynchronize well with the current marketing technology stack
    • Prioritize, strategize, and manage marketing initiatives in collaboration with our Corporate and AncillaryBusiness teams
    • Responsible for the optimization and management of the processes for all digital signage and ISPpresentations as well as support and troubleshooting assistance
    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Does this describe you?

    • Experienced in marketing automation workflow and process management
    • Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
    • Must be innovative and make individual, strategic, and tactical judgments and recommendations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Must be able to work with colleagues in various roles, at all levels, including senior management
    • Maximize utilization of resources

    Do you have these qualifications:

    • Essential:
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing project management
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
      • Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days may vary per Division/Department.
    • Preferred:
      •  Experience using Workfront
      • Six Sigma Certification
