Job Description
The Marketing Operations & Innovation Manager is a strategic operational leader responsible for driving efficiency, integration, and innovation across BOK Financials marketing technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary product owner for Optimizely CMP and Salesforce within the marketing organization. This position bridges marketing strategy and technology execution by owning platform product roadmaps, championing operational efficiencies through innovative tools and emerging technologies, and ensuring seamless data flow across the marketing technology stack.
The role combines deep technical fluency with a systems-thinking mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement orientation that drives measurable gains in how marketing operates.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, digital marketing, or related field, including 3-5 years in leadership or senior specialist roles managing complex marketing technology environments and/or 9-12 years of equivalent work experience in marketing technology and operations with demonstrated innovation leadership.
