Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 100% onsite position. This company offers a competitive compensation plan including base salary, annual bonus, 401K matching, generous PTO, etc.

Overview: We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. The Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist drives multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on campaign execution, marketing automation, CRM administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, social, webinars, and events
• Independently build and deploy campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lead management processes
• Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM (HubSpot)
• Support ABM initiatives and partner with sales on targeted outreach
• Coordinate projects across teams, maintaining timelines and campaign calendars
• Support sales enablement through content and campaign alignment
• Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Will be owning the campaign marketing initiatives including the development of them
