Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, this individual will oversee the optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to streamline campaign execution, improve lead management processes, and enhance reporting visibility. The role will also lead the development of lead scoring and nurturing frameworks, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales on lead qualification, routing, and follow-up.

The Marketing Operations and Automation Manager will analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities, improve conversion rates, and deliver actionable insights that inform future marketing investments. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing systems, data, and processes operate efficiently and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation Management: Own, configure, and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to drive, measure, and scale campaigns
  • Lead Management and Scoring: Define and implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows to deliver qualified leads to sales
  • Data Integrity and Analytics: Maintain data cleanliness, security, and accuracy across CRM and automation systems; create, manage, and report on marketing performance metrics
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve, automate, or fix broken workflows, ensuring efficient lead flow from marketing to sales
  • Technology Stack Ownership: Evaluate and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM integrations, web tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and user experience
