We are seeking a Marketing & Office Coordinator to become part of our growing company to provide comprehensive administrative and social media support. The Marketing & Office Coordinator will be a serious multi-tasker who works well in a team-oriented setting and can help us grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners
  • Manage office operations and functions ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication
  • Social media management, including content creation and activity tracking; Update website
  • Produce engaging content for a variety of applications including press releases and other business communications
  • Organize team-building events, luncheons, and special community sponsored projects
  • Maintain office equipment and technology, Serve as liaison with vendors, Order supplies & SFL apparel
COMPENSATION: Base Salary, Plus Bonus Plan commensurate with experience; Generous Benefits

HOURS: Full-time - 40 hours/week 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
LOCATION:  Rochester, Michigan - In Office
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated success leading office operations and projects with a customer service focus
  • Highly computer literate and strong proficiency in MS Office, web-based systems and office technologies
  • Experience with social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn; Familiarity with WordPress and website design preferred
  • Positive, self-directed professional with eagerness to learn industry and technology
