POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, service differentiation, and customer retention. This role translates company strategy-including service excellence, proactive offerings, and operational scalability-into clear, compelling market messaging and go-to-market programs.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Service Operations, Technical, and Leadership teams, the Marketing Manager owns brand stewardship, demand generation, content strategy, and performance measurement. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution and ensures all marketing activities reinforce the company's value proposition and leadership in the industrial services marketplace.
