What you'll bring to the team:

 

We are seeking a commercially-driven Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact, data-backed marketing campaigns that drive cluster revenue and enhance the guest experience. Working within a high-performing, matrixed Growth function—and collaborating with everything from local PR and performance marketing teams to Global Brand and Merlin Magic Making—you will champion both digital and traditional marketing strategies. This role is perfect for a collaborative professional with a "can-do" attitude and a proven track record of maximizing ROI.

 

This is a Hybrid position and will need to be present 3 days a week at LEGOLAND Florida.

Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in developing compelling, integrated marketing campaigns aligned with annual strategies. Deliver experiences that engage target audiences while meeting brand and commercial objectives.

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels. Oversee the creation of marketing assets and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Partner with cluster peers to support the Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing and operational leads. Adapt global initiatives to ensure local relevance and leverage regional frameworks to build best practices.

  • Work closely with the Global Brand team to align marketing activities with brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and identity across all touchpoints.

  • Embrace matrix working by building strong partnerships across Merlin and with external agencies to deliver cohesive, integrated customer experiences.

  • Put the target customer at the heart of all marketing plans by maintaining a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Track campaign performance and manage budgets, providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with different teams, and balancing priorities.
  • Good analytical abilities, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Support in the management of marketing budgets, demonstrating marketing ROI. Some commercial understanding in particular the role marketing plays in business performance.
  • A passion for the entertainment and tourism industry, with a customer-first approach to marketing.
