Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a growing organization in the Winston-Salem area. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys managing digital campaigns, improving customer communication strategies, and using data to strengthen marketing performance.This position will support a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including CRM management, email and text campaigns, paid advertising, search visibility, website updates, social media support, reporting, and vendor coordination. The right candidate will be comfortable working both strategically and tactically, with the ability to evaluate current processes, improve campaign performance, and help create a more organized and scalable marketing function.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the company’s CRM platform, including contact data, audience groups, campaign lists, automation, and reporting toolsBuild, monitor, and improve automated marketing campaigns designed to support customer engagement, lead nurturing, retention, and follow-up communicationReview customer and campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementMaintain clean, accurate CRM data to support targeted outreach, reporting, and campaign effectivenessCoordinate email and text marketing campaigns, including content setup, audience selection, testing, scheduling, and performance reviewAssist with campaign planning, timelines, approvals, quality checks, and deploymentEvaluate campaign performance and recommend adjustments to messaging, timing, audience targeting, and channel strategyCreate and maintain reports that help leadership understand marketing activity, campaign results, customer behavior, and return on investmentSupport paid search and other digital advertising efforts, including performance tracking and coordination with outside partners when neededAssist with search engine optimization efforts to improve online visibility, website traffic, and lead conversionCoordinate website updates, landing pages, forms, tracking, and related digital content to ensure accuracy and functionalityPartner with internal teams and outside vendors on digital marketing, website, advertising, CRM, and reporting initiativesSupport social media and online presence efforts, including content coordination, campaign support, and performance trackingEnsure online business information and listings remain accurate and consistent across platformsHelp evaluate marketing tools, integrations, and processes to improve efficiency, reporting, and customer communicationIdentify ways to streamline workflows, improve marketing operations, and create repeatable best practicesStay current on digital marketing trends, CRM tools, automation, analytics, and customer engagement strategiesQualifications:3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, marketing operations, or lifecycle/customer engagement marketingStrong hands-on experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools; HubSpot experience is strongly preferredExperience managing email marketing, SMS/text campaigns, paid search, SEO, website updates, and digital campaign activityAbility to build and improve automated campaigns, customer journeys, workflows, or nurture programsStrong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, customer engagement, and campaign optimizationExperience reviewing marketing data, building reports, tracking KPIs, and presenting actionable recommendationsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and projects at onceComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes may still be evolvingExperience working with outside vendors, agencies, or digital partners is preferredPrior experience mentoring or managing others is a plusIdeal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented digital marketing professional who is comfortable taking ownership of marketing systems, campaigns, reporting, and process improvement.
