Job Overview:
The Global Partner Marketing Manager will support Meta’s Business Agent Platform and Business Messaging partner ecosystem. This role involves driving partner enablement, co-marketing programs, executive engagement initiatives, and cross-functional program management with strategic Systems Integrators (SIs) such as Accenture, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and other global partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management, stakeholder management, partner marketing expertise, and knowledge of the AI industry, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive partner enablement and co-marketing programs to support the Business Messaging partner ecosystem.
• Develop and execute executive engagement initiatives with strategic Systems Integrators (SIs).
• Manage cross-functional program management with global partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Leverage AI industry knowledge to enhance partner marketing strategies.

• 8+ years of experience in B2B, partner, alliance, or enterprise technology marketing.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners.
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs.
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems preferred.
• Experience using AI productivity tools and modern collaboration platforms preferred.

Pay Range: $100 - $120/hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
