Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a marketing strategy to position Plumbing Masters as a market leader
- Rolling out and enhancing our branding to become a household name
- Designing and executing promotions to keep our business thriving
- Driving lead generation and maximizing customer lifetime value
- Expanding our client base and outperforming competitors
- Managing marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI
- Collaborating with external partners for growth alignment
- Creating engaging content tailored to our target audience
- Using data-driven insights to refine strategies
- Building a strong community presence and brand awareness
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated, innovative, and results-driven leader with the following qualities:
- Organizational, planning, and critical-thinking skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent communication and ability to turn ideas into action
- Ability to view challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role for at least 2+ years

Compensation:
Starting base pay at $85,000/year with performance-based opportunities
Schedule: Day shift (Monday-Friday) with flexibility for weekends as needed
