My client is a leader in designing, engineering, and manufacturing innovative robots and robotic solutions. With deep and respected in the automotive, general industries and semiconductor markets, they are set to increase their market share through aggressive sales and professional comprehensive after-sales.

To support this, it is essential that they executes a flawless marketing plan that both supports the ambitious sales growth and also promotes the brand, its reliability and superior quality

What will I be responsible for?
  • The creation and agreement of the ccompany's marketing strategy within the overall business development strategic plan and the execution of the marketing piece through a dedicated team.
  • Providing thought leadership on marketing and acting as one of the company’s points of contact for robot industry associations and media
  • Providing professional leadership to the marketing team of two dedicated specialists
  • Influencing and working with all customer facing departments
  • The provision of all marketing programs and materials, trade shows etc.

What are My Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities?
  • Manage Trade show – planning, preparation and execution.
  • Identify product and/or system strengths, weaknesses, and produce competitive comparisons.
  • Research and identify new features in the robot product range.
  • Prepare creative advertising, concepts and demonstrations within fixed budgets
  • Accountable for increasing industry awareness of the brand.
  • Accountable for generating new account leads
  • Accountable for acquiring and comparison of competitive information.

Skills, Education & Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing or related subject
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in marketing and related activities.
  • Knowledge and experience in robotics/industrial automation/capital equipment or related field
  • Excellent negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills to deal with customers, vendors and internal personnel
  • Must be motivated to take charge of all the marketing activities to develop, grow and increase industry awareness of the brand and Increase lead generation
  • Must be computer literate and be able to use relevant computer software
  • Must have ability to travel out-of-state approximately 20% (for trade shows)
  • Must possess exemplary leadership and delegation skills and experience
  • Should be a great mentor and supervisor able to motivate and set example
