Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45.38hr - $50.38hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5+ years in integrated or brand marketing/project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the Sunglass Hut brand in North America.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to build the Sunglass Hut brand while driving traffic, sales, and profits.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touch points.
• Articulate a clear vision of the Sunglass Hut brand initiatives that inspire a shared vision among partners.
• Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives.
• Collaborate and partner with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement touch points.
• Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives based on opportunities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives.
• Manage, motivate, and develop team members.
