This role will lead and coordinate a broad range of marketing initiatives, including internal communications, employee engagement, learning and development initiatives, recruiting efforts, social media and digital content, company events, and business development pursuits. This individual will partner across the organization to create compelling content and communications that engage employees, support business objectives, and strengthen the Elmington brand.
