Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager in Minneapolis, MN. Summary: The Creative Marketing Manager sits at the center of all digital credit card acquisition and email communications. This role ensures flawless, scalable execution of our marketing campaigns by connecting strategy, creative, and production into a cohesive, efficient workflow. You naturally enjoy putting all the pieces together-turning complex inputs into organized, actionable, high-quality deliverables. We are looking for a reliable, approachable execution team member who is confident managing end to end campaigns across multiple card products. This person will balance multiple email initiatives, creative assignments, and partner inputs while keeping teams aligned, informed, and moving forward. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day execution of multiple, often simultaneous, email and digital campaigns-including schedules, workflow, budgets, routing, and deliverables-to ensure on time, high quality delivery across major media channels
  • Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices and digital channels knowledge to ensure all creative work aligns to a consistent customer experience
  • Serve as the operational hub for cross functional alignment-partnering with strategy, portfolio, media, analytics and external agencies to keep work moving with clarity and accountability
  • Manage Workfront with high attention to detail and organization

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recent digital and email marketing experience managing creative campaigns
  • Prior agency experience required; Experience supporting a financial institution is a strong plus
  • Exceptionally detail oriented, with the ability to thoroughly review and quality check final creative before launch
  • Calm, collaborative partner who can confidently manage cross channel initiatives and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to maintain clarity in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be based in Minnesota and able to work in the office at least three days per week

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
