This is a player-first, coach-second role.
You will not be managing a team on day one you will earn that by building the foundation first.
You will begin as a hands-on operator, owning execution across paid media, funnels, CRM infrastructure, and client delivery.
As we scale, you will be responsible for training, and managing team members who will take over portions of your responsibilities, allowing you to transition from day-to-day execution into leadership and oversight.
The expectation is that you build the machine by running it first, then scale it by building a team around it.
This is not a typical startup role.

Your role is to:
Operate, optimize, and scale what has already been built
You will receive hands-on training from industry experts and leadership who have already built and validated this model at scale.
This is a builder + operator role not just strategy, not just execution.
Salary Range: $75000.00 per year

What Youll Own
1. Paid Media (Meta & Google)
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns
Improve cost per lead and scalability
Test offers, audiences, and messaging
2. Creative Direction
Identify winning ad angles and hooks
Work with creative resources to produce content
Build a repeatable testing system
3. Funnels & Conversion
Build and optimize landing pages
Improve lead appointment sale flow
Align with sales teams to improve quality
4. CRM & Automation (GoHighLevel)
Own GHL infrastructure across all businesses
Build pipelines, workflows, and automations
Ensure zero lead leakage
Improve speed-to-lead and follow-up
5. Client & Partner Delivery
Support multiple internal businesses and external agency partners
Apply our proven system across different use cases
Ensure consistent performance across accounts
6. Pricing & Financial Structure
Help establish pricing for services
Ensure client work is profitable
Align deliverables with value
7. Build the Team
Help recruit future marketing hires
Train and develop team members
Transition from operator leader
