Job Summary:
Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth for the QB Capital lending portfolio targeting Online Small and Mid-Sized Business customers. This role will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging customer insights and performance data to drive demand, increase applications, and deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong product marketing experience, preferably within lending or financial services, and a proven ability to translate customer insights into successful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of QB Capital direct mail campaigns, including audience segmentation, offer strategy, creative development, production, and deployment.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing teams to translate product positioning into channel-ready briefs for email, in-product messaging, push notifications, and sales enablement.
  • Develop customer testimonials, case studies, and substantiated performance claims while managing legal and compliance approvals.
  • Analyze customer behavior, VOC (Voice of Customer) feedback, and campaign response data to identify signals that drive application intent and conversion.
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies, evaluate results, and optimize messaging, targeting, and offer performance.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across direct mail, lifecycle marketing, product, sales, analytics, legal, compliance, credit, and risk teams.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor competitive positioning, industry trends, and market opportunities to strengthen QB Capital's value proposition.
  • Support operational processes, campaign planning, leadership reporting, and cross-functional reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Management.
  • Strong experience managing direct mail programs, including audience strategy, offer development, production, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working closely with lifecycle/email marketing teams and translating positioning into effective channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, campaign optimization, and conversion-focused marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across product, design, analytics, legal, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Banking, Lending, FinTech, Financial Services, or SMB-focused marketing.
  • Experience developing customer testimonials, case studies, and compliance-approved marketing claims.Knowledge of customer acquisition, demand generation, and lending product marketing.
  • MBA or advanced business education preferred.
