Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership experience, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals
  • Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis across multiple channels
  • Ensure projects are executed on-budget and on-time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, and leadership
  • Analytics & Reporting / Build a Data-Driven Marketing Culture: track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and use analytics to guide decisions
  • Identify new growth opportunities and optimize customer acquisition strategies
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Communications) required
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications to include but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, Adobe Suite and CRM Tools (Hubspot preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of brand development and positioning strategies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence
  • Effectively communicate in both verbal and written form
  • Willingness to explain difficult issues and think quickly
