About the job

Grow with Google is Google's initiative to help Americans get the skills needed to land good jobs or advance in their careers, and to help our business partners find the critical talent they need. We built Grow with Google based on the fundamental belief that the opportunities created by technology should be available to everyone. Since 2017, the program has helped 12 million Americans grow their skills, careers, or businesses. This includes over 400,000 Americans who have graduated from our Google Career Certificate program, the majority of them upskilling from low wage work to well paying jobs. Read more in our Impact Report. And we have done it by working with organizations in communities all across the U.S. - employers, nonprofits, workforce development boards, government bodies, educational institutions and small business development centers.

As a Marketing Manager on the Grow with Google team, you will write and produce the educational and promotional content that helps individuals advance their skills, careers, and businesses. In this role, you will create high-quality materials across a variety of formats, coordinate with agency partners to scale daily production, and manage a centralized content calendar. You will partner closely with the Growth, Creative, and Ecosystem teams, supplying them with targeted, user-journey-mapped assets to distribute across campaigns, while identifying opportunities to creatively repurpose existing content for different audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

  • Tailor messaging for distinct audiences and write the copy that will resonate with each of the target audiences. Maximize the value of existing content by repurposing it across different channels and formats.
  • Map content assets to the customer journey to ensure users receive relevant information at every stage, as they explore or enroll into Grow with Google programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content roadmap with broader Grow with Google initiatives.
  • Own and maintain the content calendar to organize production timelines and align deliverables with Growth Marketing campaigns in coordination with channel leads across email, social, and web to identify synergies.
