This is a new, entrylevel Marketing Manager role, equivalent internally to an Associate Product Manager. The role supports Xcel Energy's Clean Heat / Beneficial Electrification programs, primarily focused on residential HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and wholehome efficiency.
Key scope includes:
Supporting clean heat product strategy under a senior Product Manager
Translating policy and regulatory requirements into program rules
Writing and updating applications and program collateral
Supporting marketing campaigns and customer messaging
Working with marketing communications teams to ensure clarity and consistency
Supporting datadriven decisionmaking using KPIs and system reporting
Administrative and coordination support across the full product lifecycle
The role is intentionally developmental and meant to build product and program management skills.
