We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, content, and social media.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and collateral in collaboration with the design and content teams.
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess ROI and improve future efforts.
Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars (if applicable).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
4–6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, healthcare, consumer goods] is preferred.
Proficiency in data-driven marketing and A/B testing.
Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
