Marketing Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and governance of multi-channel marketing standards, compliance strategies, and performance frameworks. This role will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and data-driven marketing operations across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage permissions and opt-out strategies across all marketing channels (direct mail, email, SMS, outbound calling, and emerging channels), partnering closely with Product and cross-functional teams.
Lead integration efforts for new marketing channels and vendors, ensuring proper API standards, real-time data flows, and feedback loops for opt-outs, reach rates, and campaign outcomes.
Establish and maintain channel best practices, including regulatory standards, KPIs, SLAs, and closed-loop reporting (e.g., reach rates, open rates, dispositions, and outcomes).
Ensure compliance with regulations such as DNC, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA; monitor and operationalize updates across all channels.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure consistent adoption of marketing standards and best practices across teams.
Define and track channel adoption metrics, orchestration processes, and MBOs to measure effectiveness and scalability.
Partner with Marketing Intelligence to design and implement a standardized campaign and journey taxonomy to support attribution, performance tracking, and growth initiatives.
Operationalize marketing standards within internal systems (e.g., Mercury), ensuring alignment with stakeholder approvals.
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence, working across marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance teams.
Strong communication skills, with experience developing clear documentation, policies, and training materials for diverse audiences.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business guidance.
Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new technologies, channels, and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build structure, processes, and standards from the ground up.
