We are looking for a Customer Marketing Lead to join the Business Professionals & Consumers Marketing team at Adobe! As a Customer Marketing Lead, you will lead the planning and execution of high-profile, cross-functional marketing initiatives. You'll serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution translating business objectives into integrated briefs, driving alignment across creative, media, and product partners, and ensuring work is delivered with excellence. The role works across Studio and agency partners to bring high-impact creative and channel plans to life. The Lead is also a connector across PMM, Product, Media, Regions, Studio, and agencies. You will mentor junior team members and help scale best practices for marketing management across the organization.

What You'll Do
Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities and customer insights.
Develop integrated marketing briefs that connect strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurement.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams/orgs across Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
Create marketing plan and tactics and contribute to campaign execution, including reviews/approval, cross-functional stakeholder management, and timelines.
Provide strategic input during creative development and reviews, ensuring work is impactful, on brand, and customer-first.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, applying insights to optimize future programs.
Review product releases and disseminate information to team; consider how to update Marketing tactics to support latest features/releases.
Provide regular communication updates to ensure cross-functional and regional teams are aware of marketing programs, and support their efforts when necessary

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7 10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
Proven ability to lead large, complex marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence diverse stake holders internally and externally.
Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
Team player, self-starter and proactive leader with experience leading cross functional teams.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect insights to action.
