SGE Marketing Services Inc., an affiliate of Spring-Green Enterprises, parent company of two national franchise brands, Pet Butler and SpringGreen as well as a portfolio of company owned franchises, is seeking a full-time Marketing Insights Analyst based out of Naperville, IL. Hybrid work schedule combination working in office and remote.

Position Summary
The Marketing Insights Analyst is responsible for delivering clear, actionable marketing insights that help SpringGreen franchise owners and leadership understand performance, make informed decisions, and improve results. This role is deeply franchise‑focused, ensuring marketing data is translated into insights that are practical, relevant, and understandable for field operators.
Working closely with the Business Intelligence and data teams, the Marketing Insights Analyst gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes data across digital marketing, lead generation, call tracking, and franchise performance sources. The role packages insights into reports, dashboards, and narratives tailored specifically for Spring‑Green franchise owners, marketing leadership, and support teams.
This position plays a critical role in building trust in marketing data, improving transparency, and strengthening the connection between corporate marketing strategy and franchise-level execution.
