About the RoleMarketing & Events Coordinator supports the sales and marketing teams by coordinating corporate events, managing event logistics, and developing marketing content to ensure brand consistency and communication efficiency.This position works closely with local sales operations and the regional CORE team to adhere to MMA standards and help nurture engaged leads.Essential FunctionsExternal Event PlanningAssist in the lifecycle of webinars and seminars, including registration set-up, promotion, execution/hosting, reporting, compliance, CE credits, recording, and social media promotion.Coordinate with event SMEs and presenters on content, schedules, and other logistics.Provide onsite event coordination and support.Manage local event calendars.Collaborate with internal communication and social media teams to promote events internally and on social media.Coordinate booth setup, registrations, and staffing at external tradeshows.Support company executives for external speaking engagements, including material compilation and marketing messaging coordination.Work within defined budgets to achieve goals.Ensure leads generated from events are added to the CRM via Sales Enablement.Coordinate with the administrative team for internal communication around events.Marketing CampaignsCreate producer-specific marketing materials such as placemats and presentations, ensuring brand compliance.Collaborate with the Regional Marcomm team to produce content across the website, social media, and collateral design.Audit and update existing content and collateral.Develop and send marketing email campaigns, including newsletters, event invites, and alerts.Execute drip campaigns for sales and marketing initiatives.Coordinate branded swag for prospecting, client events, and association tradeshows.Other duties as assigned.Our Future ColleagueBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.1–3 years of project management or event planning experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong planning, coordinating, and communication skills; able to manage projects on time and budget.Self‑starter, service‑oriented, and collaborative.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management and peers.Work Environment & Physical DemandsOffice environment.Heavy use of computer applications and communication with clients and peers.Occasional extended work hours.Ability to meet tight time constraints.Valuable BenefitsGenerous time off, including personal and volunteering.Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities.Hybrid work.Charitable contribution match programs.Stock purchase opportunities.Follow UsInstagramFacebookXLinkedInWho You Are Is Who We AreWe embrace a culture that celebrates diverse backgrounds, heritages, and perspectives, and we seek individuals with ethics, talent, and ambition to join our client-focused teams.EEO StatementMarsh and its affiliates are EOE Minority/Female/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity employers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
