Overview: The Marketing Enablement Consultant plays a critical role in helping the marketing team operate, scale, and evolve how we engage with customers and advisors. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, data, and strategy, and is designed for someone equally comfortable executing within a workflow and stepping back to think strategically about what should come next.This individual will assess our current Marketing Technology ecosystem, identify opportunities for optimization and integration, and build the foundational strategy that governs how we deploy and evolve our marketing platforms. This role also serves as a senior resource for the Marketing Automation team, providing strategic support and technical guidance that elevates the team's overall capability. Responsibilities: • Own the marketing technology strategy by assessing the current MarTech stack, defining a forward-looking roadmap, and leading platform evaluation, selection, and implementation decisions
• Partner with the Marketing Automation team to optimize marketing automation infrastructure, including system configuration, integration design, data flows, and governance standards
• Develop lifecycle journey strategies across key audience segments in partnership with Marketing Automation and Content Strategy, translating business objectives and customer insights into actionable, measurable engagement programs
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure marketing systems are cleanly integrated, data is reliable, and the MarTech ecosystem scales with business needs
• Serve as a cross-functional connector across Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring alignment on lead management, platform standards, and campaign execution
• Build and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials that enable the broader team to operate more effectively within the MarTech environment
• Contribute to marketing performance reporting, including platform analytics, campaign attribution, and executive-level insights on technology ROI

• Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary. Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years' of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or a senior marketing automation function
  • Demonstrated experience owning or leading a MarTech stack evaluation, implementation, or migration
  • Experience designing and executing lifecycle journey strategy across multiple audience segments
  • Experience establishing data governance standards, including segmentation logic, contact hygiene, and compliance practices
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or a similarly regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Prior experience mentoring or providing technical oversight to a marketing team preferred
  • Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and the data architecture connecting marketing and sales systems
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into technical marketing solutions
  • Strong analytical capability; comfortable working with data to surface insights and drive decisions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or equivalent certification Preferred

Pay Range: USD $85,678.00 - USD $142,797.00 /Yr. Pay Transparency Verbiage: Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
