The client is seeking a Marketing Director for North America who will report to the Head of Global Marketing and Communications and lead a team of marketers responsible for North America go-to-market activities. This role will support North American sales efforts through brand awareness initiatives, association relationship management, conferences and events, development of sales collateral, and lead generation. The director will help define the brand and partner with Vertical Sales Leaders to create marketing plans aimed at achieving regional revenue goals. Key responsibilities include developing targeted campaigns to support Vertical Sales Leaders in delivering annual revenue goals, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns accordingly. The director will identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness in the marketplace and collaborate with internal Business Intelligence to determine and prioritize content needed to support marketing activities. The role also involves working with internal Content/Creative teams to design supporting marketing materials while ensuring activities align with the defined budget. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies, Communications, or similar. The role typically requires advanced writing and editing skills, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities, and a leadership style that can prioritize effectively and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Additional qualifications include several years of relevant B2B or global corporate marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, strong project management capabilities, proven ability to collaborate, evaluate, and influence, and excellent written and oral communication skills supported by high proficiency with common office productivity software.
