Marketing - Digital Program Manager 4

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Program Manager. This role is crucial for driving our global digital marketing efforts, particularly in collaboration with our basketball division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basketball, creative direction, and content creation, with a keen ability to engage audiences on social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 - 9 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Deep understanding of basketball to create relevant and engaging content.
• Strong creative direction and content writing abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram and X.
• Active LinkedIn profile with links to previous work included in the resume.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and able to drive projects forward.
• Willingness to work onsite in Beaverton, OR, with flexibility for a PM shift once a week depending on basketball games. Must be willing to be very flexible and open with the schedule. Local candidates highly preferred.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. 
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
• Experience in the client's industry is a plus.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own cost.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global digital marketing team and the basketball division.
• Attend basketball games to create and manage digital content.
• Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies.
• Engage and grow the audience on social media platforms.
