Salary Range: $41,860/yr. ($23.00/hr.) - $54,600/yr. ($30.00/hr.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (35 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing, communications, and development initiatives that advance the agency's mission and strengthen community awareness. This role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality marketing content, managing day-to-day communications activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms. The Specialist works closely with the Development team to implement campaigns, maintain systems, and produce mission-driven content that aligns with organizational branding and messaging. This position reports to the Director of Philanthropy & Development and collaborates closely with the Development Manager.
