The Campbell Group is looking for a Marketing & Prospecting Representative to help create daily quote opportunities for our licensed insurance producers.
We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume phone work and follow-up. This is not a passive clerical position. This role supports the sales team by helping identify interested prospects, schedule quote conversations, and keep lead activity moving.
You will not sell insurance, quote coverage, recommend coverage, or provide insurance advice. All quoting and coverage discussions are handled by licensed insurance producers.

Identify prospects who are open to an insurance review
Schedule quote conversations for licensed producers
Connect interested prospects with the appropriate team member
Ask basic interest and timing questions
Maintain accurate notes in the CRM
Follow up with prospects based on agency workflow
Help keep the sales pipeline organized and moving
Follow all company communication and compliance procedures
