We are seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at our main administrative office. This full-time position supports the execution of the Bank's marketing initiatives across print, digital, website, email, social media, and community channels. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist, this role transforms marketing strategies and creative direction into polished marketing campaigns while helping maintain the Bank's strong community presence and trusted brand.

What you will do:

• Produce marketing materials across print and digital channels while maintaining the Bank's brand standards.
• Develop creative assets from approved marketing concepts for email, website, social media, digital advertising, and print.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns and maintain website content.
• Coordinate marketing projects, production schedules, and relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and digital advertising.
• Produce marketing materials for community events, sponsorships, and Bank initiatives.
• Assist with photography, content creation, and digital asset management.
• Maintain marketing files, project documentation, and creative asset libraries.
• Assist with marketing reporting and identify opportunities to improve marketing processes.
• Collaborate with departments throughout the Bank to support marketing and communication initiatives.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to five years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, event coordination, public relations or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Community banking or financial services experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $28.50 - $37.00/hour
