Content will include video and photography capture for the hotel and multiple lines of business represented on property. Night, weekend, and holiday work will be required. Candidate must be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and in various aspects of Marketing and Public Relations.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and execute organic content strategy and content deploymentProduce high quality video and still photography for social mediaManage social media communities and lead the hotels' social media response and engagementSupport Creative Requests from multiple departmentsWebsite management and content updatesSupport PR needs as directed by Marketing Director and PR agencyLead resort photo and video shoots with 3rd party creative vendorsSupport organization of hotel media libraryRegularly reporting of social media engagement and growthManage the Hotel Influencer programPartner with hotel departments on special event planning and marketing executionLead management of guest reviews on all platformsWork with local tourism bureaus on cooperative networking opportunitiesAdhere to hotel and departmental policies and proceduresAttend required meetings both onsite and with other marketing stakeholders at other propertiesAttends Sales/PR related functions within the hotelRequirements:Proficiency in social media platformsKnowledge of Later, Canva, Asana or similar creative/project management toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficePhysical Demands:Work involves exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human bodyCreativity, innovation, and accountabilityCommunication Skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneouslyCommitment to safetyTeamwork and the ability to foster collaborative relationshipsAbility to demonstrate both internal and external guest service standardLearning and Continuous DevelopmentEducationCollege coursework in marketing, communication or similar field of studyEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
