The Role

The Marketing Coordinator ensures exceptional experiences for our clients and referral partners. You'll build strong relationships, proactively address needs, and drive growth by ensuring every interaction with Right at Home exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare referral partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and referral sources
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and increase client satisfaction
• Monitor client outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery
• Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and referral source engagement
• Track all client and partner interactions in our CRM database
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Conduct regular check-ins and assessments with clients and referral partners

Qualifications

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of business or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment
• Availability for client visits and assessments as needed

Preferred:
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services
• Background in account management, client success, or relationship management
• Data-driven approach to measuring and improving client satisfaction
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions
