Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do

You'll be at the center of our marketing efforts-helping plan, execute, and track campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, and community-based)
  • Manage timelines, project schedules, approvals, and deliverables
  • Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives
  • Partner with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
  • Track performance through reports, dashboards, and marketing data
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Support local events, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (written + verbal)
  • Experience with:
    • Email marketing & social media
    • Digital marketing tools/platforms
    • Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools
  • Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Canva) to enhance marketing work
