Marketing Coordinator  

Are you an early-career marketing professional who enjoys both creative work and being in the middle of the action? This is not your typical “sit behind a screen and post on social” role.

A well-established long-standing client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and a high-performing brokerage team. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3+ years of experience who wants hands-on exposure to the business side of marketing—including prospecting, client outreach, and deal support.

Location: Fully Onsite in Latham, NY
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $55,000 - 60,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create marketing materials including flyers, presentations, and proposals
  • Assist with social media content and email campaigns (approximately 10–20% of the role)
  • Update website content and support digital marketing efforts
  • Help coordinate events and promotional initiatives
  • Assist with video content and basic design projects

Sales & Brokerage Support

  • Support two brokers with day-to-day needs
  • Prepare materials for property showings and client meetings
  • Conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists using databases
  • Assist with outreach efforts including introductory emails and light follow-up calls
  • Help track leads, pipeline activity, and general deal flow

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects when needed
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in both written and verbal outreach
  • A proactive, “jump in and figure it out” mindset
  • Ability to balance creative work with administrative and team support tasks
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to website updates or backend editing is a plus
