Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In the highly regulated world of finance, brand trust is everything. You will be the engine behind our daily marketing operations, ensuring our campaigns—from local branch promotions to national digital initiatives—are executed flawlessly, remain compliant, and resonate with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for personal banking, mortgages, and commercial lending.
Maintain and update website content, social media calendars, and email marketing templates using CRM and CMS platforms.
Act as a gatekeeper for brand consistency and ensure all collateral meets financial regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute community outreach programs, financial literacy seminars, and branch grand openings.
Track the performance of marketing efforts and assist in preparing monthly reports on ROI, customer acquisition costs, and engagement.

Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing tools, and Google Analytics.
