You will assist with minor business development efforts implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials. The Marketing Coordinator II will manage the local database, manage basic pursuit videos, and interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.A Day in the Life:Meeting with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiativesDeveloping a layout for a proposal in InDesign and inputting informationInterviewing project team members for value-added information to improve proposal responseLeading a proposal kickoff meeting with the project teamUpdating resumes and project sheetsMarketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications:3+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.Our Investment in you:We believe thatBenefitsshould connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
