Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing or database analysis. Casino marketing experience a plus.
Some college preferred.
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Effective communication skills. Able to gain confidence and build rapport with customers.
Capable of developing approaches for implementing an idea.
Ability to listen to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate.
A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standards listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.
Knowledgeable of relational database query software, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel. Experience with Bally Technology player databases a plus. Specifically, the Casino Marketplace (CMP) product.
Ability to work any shifts, weekends, and holidays.
