About the Role:
Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Gonzales, LA. In this exciting role, you will help promote our innovative behavioral health services and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Position Summary
The Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding referral relationships to support growth in Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) and Behavioral Health services. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, strengthening community partnerships, and driving client enrollment in accordance with Louisiana Medicaid, MCO, and agency compliance standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Referral Development**
  •  Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, clinics, schools, community agencies, social service organizations, and private practices.
  •  Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and follow‑ups to promote MHR and Behavioral Health services.
  •   Track and report referral trends, lead sources, and conversion outcomes.
Community Engagement
  •   Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and outreach activities.
  •   Build partnerships with local organizations to increase awareness of available services.
  •   Maintain a positive, professional presence in the community on behalf of the agency.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
  •   Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and digital content to targeted referral sources.
  •   Assist in developing outreach campaigns, social media content, and community education materials.
  •   Ensure all marketing activities align with agency branding and compliance requirements.
Client Enrollment Support
  •    Assist potential clients and families with understanding available services and the intake process.
  •   Coordinate with the Intake Department to ensure timely follow‑up on referrals.
  •    Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and agency privacy standards.
Data Tracking & Reporting
  •    Document all outreach activities, contacts, and referral outcomes in the agency’s tracking system.
  •    Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, referral volume, and outreach productivity.
  •    Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for behavioral health and community service.
  •  High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
  •  Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or behavioral health services strongly preferred.
  •  Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  •  Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet outreach targets.
  •  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
