Mayersohn Law Group is growing, and we’re seeking an organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing tasks, social media content, reporting, and event‑related marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys content creation, organizing information, supporting campaigns, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms. You’ll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to execute marketing initiatives, manage social media calendars, and support event‑driven promotional efforts.

Assist with day‑to‑day marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Create, schedule, and publish content across all firm social media platforms.
Edit and repurpose in‑office or event‑related content for social media use.
Maintain the marketing content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
Produce marketing materials such as graphics, flyers, landing pages, and email content.
Conduct trend and competitor research to guide content strategy.
Develop and refine digital campaigns to increase high‑quality inbound leads.
Coordinate with leadership on campaign updates, content needs, and new initiatives.
Maintain accurate lead‑source tags and campaign tracking across platforms.
Track and analyze marketing metrics, including Google Ads, LSA, Google Analytics, website analytics, and referral sources.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly accurate reporting to leadership to support data‑driven decisions.
Monitor lead‑generation performance and optimize campaigns to increase qualified leads.
Monitor key performance indicators for internal efforts and external vendors.
Uphold and maintain the firm’s brand identity across all platforms.
Manage the design and publishing of digital and printed media, including brochures, welcome packages, marketing emails, website content, SEO updates, email campaigns, podcasts, YouTube, and social media initiatives.
Build and manage the firm’s online reputation through testimonials, reviews, and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with Florida Bar advertising rules and firm tone guidelines.
Conduct market research to understand client demographics, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies based on market conditions.
Evaluate and oversee marketing vendors (PPC, SEO, video, lead‑gen, etc.).
Monitor vendor performance and maintain a regular meeting cadence.
Track marketing expenses and ensure cost‑effective execution of initiatives.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfort using technology and learning new marketing tools; familiarity with Canva or similar platforms.
Some experience with CRM tools, marketing systems, or social media management (helpful but not required).
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong attention to detail and good habits for checking data accuracy.
Ability to work independently, solve straightforward problems, and support leadership.
Availability to work after hours occasionally for firm events.
Experience using Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Clio Manage, Quo, or Clio Grow (not required—training provided).
