About AAA-ICDR
The American Arbitration Association and its global arm, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR), are the world’s leaders in arbitration, mediation, and online dispute resolution. As we evolve into a digital-first, solutions-driven organization, we are reshaping how the world thinks about conflict resolution—combining the integrity of our legacy with the agility of a modern tech company.
Named one of the 50 best non-profits to work for by the Non-Profit Times, our employees enjoy rewarding careers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We offer a competitive compensation package, including incentives. Eligible employees also participate in a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, orthodontia, vision coverage, student loan repayment, 403(b) retirement plan with substantial company match, discounted pet insurance, and generous paid-time-off benefits.
We're currently developing a portfolio of AI-powered products and platforms designed to make alternative dispute resolution (ADR) faster, more efficient, and more effective for users across industries. These innovations are redefining how stakeholders—from in-house counsel to panel neutrals—engage with the arbitration and mediation process.
About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator at the American Arbitration Association (AAA) plays a vital role in helping us reimagine how dispute resolution is marketed in the digital age. This role is an opportunity to support the building of immersive brand experiences, the generation of high-quality leads, and data-informed marketing execution at the world’s leading authority in alternative dispute resolution.
Whether planning a major industry event activation, or orchestrating campaign touchpoints, you’ll contribute to the growth engine that powers our brand, services, and AI products.
Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing & Experience Execution
  • Coordinate AAA’s presence at key trade shows, conferences, meetings, and partner events — including sponsorship execution, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Support the build and execution of on-brand booth experiences and activations that elevate AAA’s visibility and draw in priority audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, collateral, shipping, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Own communications and coordination with internal clients, establishing the Marketing team as a trusted partner in event support and execution.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and transport boxes of marketing materials, merchandise, and event supplies (up to 45 lbs)
  • Set up and break down booth displays, pull-up banners, and branded signage at events
  • Manage and organize the marketing storage space, including inventory tracking and restocking
  • Pack, label, and ship materials to event sites on a recurring basis
  • On-site physical presence at events is required, including early setup and post-event breakdown
Data & Performance Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on event KPIs including booth traffic, leads captured, conversion rates, and ROI.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing coordination, preferably with a focus on events, demand generation, or tech/SaaS sectors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — able to manage competing priorities and timelines with precision.
  • Comfort with marketing technology (CRM, email marketing, CMS) and a curiosity for data-driven optimization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — professional yet human, clear yet compelling.
  • A collaborative spirit and growth mindset — ready to take initiative, learn new tools, and contribute across disciplines.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience using Monday, com, Iterable, Digioh, PushPlanet, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, event tech (badge scanners, lead capture tools), and campaign dashboards.
  • Background in coordinating executive-facing or thought leadership-driven activations.
