We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our B2B marketing programs and campaigns. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and timely deployment of initiatives across digital, email, and content channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on doer who can manage multiple tactical tasks, has foundational knowledge of marketing technologies, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced B2B marketing team. What youll do Assist the Marketing Managers and Demand Generation teams with the tactical execution of integrated campaigns, including building landing pages, setting up email campaigns, creating tracking links, and coordinating asset localization. Assist Marketing Director in researching emerging market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and target audience segments to inform the development of new campaigns and marketing strategies. Write, proofread, and edit a variety of short-form marketing materials, including email copy, social media posts, blog introductions, website snippets, and event descriptions, ensuring all content is on-brand, accurate, and audience-appropriate. Manage the content repository, ensuring all marketing collateral (case studies, brochures, presentations) is up-to-date, on-brand, and properly tagged for digital distribution and sales teams. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and maintain high-impact sales decks, eBooks, and digital assets that accelerate the prospects journey from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to conversion. Monitor and report on competitor marketing tactics, messaging, and product launches to stay current and competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace. Marketing Technology (MarTech) Administration: Serve as an internal power-user for the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and CRM, managing list segmentation, data imports, campaign flows, and ensuring data hygiene. Pull and compile data from various marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, MAP, CRM) to support monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific performance reports. Assist in analyzing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide logistical support for webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences, including managing registration platforms, creating promotional assets, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate the submission of marketing materials for legal and compliance review. Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure project deliverables are met on time. What experience you need Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Associate, or Marketing Specialist role, preferably within a B2B or technology environment. Hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proven ability to write and edit clean, compelling, and grammatically correct marketing copy. Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including email best practices, SEO, and paid media channels. High proficiency in data entry, organization, and basic analysis using spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets). Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights (e.g., identifying which channels are driving the highest quality new-business leads and overall ROI. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to cross-functional peers.
