Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports Oxford Bank’s brand, content, and creative execution across internal and external marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials, creating and coordinating content, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting the execution of approved marketing campaigns.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist and internal stakeholders, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life through strong visuals, messaging, and organization. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a creative professional who enjoys producing content, managing details, and supporting a wide range of marketing and communication efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Execution
• Create and update internal and external marketing materials, including flyers, signage, presentations, newsletters, digital graphics, and promotional content.
• Draft first-round messaging for internal communications, email campaigns, and social media posts for review and approval.
• Ensure all materials align with Oxford Bank brand standards, tone, and visual identity.
• Proofread and conduct quality control on marketing materials prior to publication or distribution.
• Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and creative files.
Digital & Campaign Support
• Execute approved social media content, including scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and tracking basic engagement metrics.
• Support email marketing execution, including content preparation, deployment coordination, and performance reporting.
• Assist with website content updates and ongoing maintenance under direction from Senior Marketing Specialist.
• Track campaign results and prepare summary reports to support performance reviews.
Event, Community, & Internal Support
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for employees, customers, and community events.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, materials preparation, and post-event recaps.
• Support community outreach initiatives and sponsorship activities as assigned.
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and project timelines.
• Organize and manage marketing asset libraries and shared resources.
• Assist with promotional item inventory, ordering, and distribution.
• Support survey administration, data compilation, and reporting.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing department.
Collaboration & Team Support
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to gather information and support marketing needs.
• Execute projects based on direction and priorities provided by the Senior Marketing Specialist.
• Communicate progress, timelines, and deliverables clearly and proactively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in financial services, community banking, or corporate communications.
Education and Experience
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field required.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic analytics preferred.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) preferred.
• Basic experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
