Marketing & Comms Manager
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen engagement with the Tulalip Tribal community and elevate TTFC's external presence. This position will work closely with others within the TTFC organization and its subsidiaries to develop marketing campaigns and strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and business growth within and outside the tribal community. This role supports both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, clear, and culturally aligned messaging across TTFC and its subsidiaries. The Manager works closely with leadership and business units to implement strategies that increase awareness, improve communication flow, and promote organizational initiatives.
The Marketing & Communications Manager must be able to communicate ideas clearly orally and in writing, interpret data to guide decision-making, and adapt strategies based on performance and on changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This professional will work with leadership to develop and coordinate public messaging.
